Safe for moisture-tolerant and colorfast surfaces. Shake well. Spot-test in a small hidden area, then spray generously and wipe or blot clean.

    Product FAQs

    Q: Can I use Lively Probiotic Multi-Surface Cleaner with other cleaners?

    A: Since our product includes live probiotics, you should not use other traditional cleaners (like antibacterial cleaners or ones that say they kill germs) on the same surface before or after using Lively, because those traditional cleaners may also kill the probiotics that are in Lively products. Also keep in mind if you’re using a sponge or cloth that you just used with a traditional cleaner make sure to rinse it
    thoroughly before using Lively products.

    Q: In the directions I didn’t see stainless steel listed. Can I use Lively Multi-Surface Cleaner on it?

    A: Yes.  We didn’t have room on our label to list everything, so we made sure to say, “This product is safe for all moisture-tolerant and colorfast surfaces.”  That would include stainless steel. When
    using Lively, please shake well, then spot-test in a
    small hidden area if you’re not sure     if the surface is moisture-tolerant & colorfast.

    Q: In the directions I didn’t see marble listed. Can I use Lively Multi-Surface Cleaner on it?

    A: Yes. We didn’t have room on our label to list everything, so we made sure to say “This product is safe for all moisture-tolerant and colorfast surfaces.”  That would include marble as long as it is sealed. When using Lively, please shake well, then spot-test in a small hidden area if you’re not sure if the surface is moisture-tolerant & colorfast.  Marble is a soft stone, and most fabricators recommend that it’s professionally re-sealed every 6 months to 1 year.

    Q: Does this product clean very tough messes like mold on surfaces or very dirty grout between tiles?

    A: Yes, the product will clean very tough messes through continued use.  Since our product purposely does not include any harsh cleaners like bleach, cleaning of very tough messes may not be
    immediate with the first time Lively is used on the mess, but cleaning will occur through continued use. 

    Q: Do I need to rinse the surface after using Lively Probiotic Multi-Surface Cleaner?

    A: There is no need to rinse surfaces after using this product.  Any residue of Lively product that remains will continue to have the good probiotics continue to work (for up to 3 days in this specific product).

    Q: How do some Lively probiotic household cleaning products “move” into cracks and crevices?

    A: The probiotics are natural living “good bacteria", and they have a need to find dirt to “eat”.  So, as they clean, they may move into cracks and crevices as they look for more dirt.  Also, a nice benefit is that when a surface
    is touched that has been cleaned with the probiotics, the probiotics are transferred to other surfaces and will help clean that second surface as well.  An example would be a person touching a kitchen counter that was cleaned with Lively, and then that person touches a
    kitchen cabinet.
