    Q: Can I use Lively Probiotic Laundry Stain Remover with other cleaners?

    A: Since our product includes live probiotics, you should not use other Lively with any other pre-treatment product such as bleach, since traditional
    cleaners with harsh chemicals may kill the probiotics that are in Lively products. Once the stain is treated (see other FAQs below for tips), it’s fine to use your regular detergent in the laundry.

    Q: How do I use the laundry stain remover?

    Q: What additional tips do you have for this product?

    Lively Laundry Stain Remover can also be used as an effective pre-treat for extra tough stains. Simply apply directly to the soiled area and let sit or soak for 10-15 minutes before washing.

    Can also be used as a spot remover or pretreat without washing, as an on-the-go solution.

    IMPORTANT: do not mix with other laundry stain removers, they may kill the live probiotics in Lively. Lively products are safe for moisture-tolerant and colorfast surfaces. (Some fabrics that are typically NOT moisture-tolerant nor colorfast are silk, wool and leather.)

    Q: Can you use laundry stain remover on carpet?

    Lively Laundry stain remover can also be used on carpet and upholstery for tough spills and stains. Spot-test in a small hidden area first.
